AUDIO Cu Home is a groundbreaking multi-room audio over the power lines solution that enables home theater systems to operate without the need to run cumbersome speaker wire from an audio video receiver (AVR) to each speaker or subwoofer in any room or environment. With our pioneering proprietary technology, AUDIO Cu Home is an alternative to the AVR that delivers seamless, dependable, high resolution (Hi-Res), Dolby Digital®, Dolby TrueHD®, and Dolby Atmos® audio. It provides unparalleled sound-effect control to up to ten (10) different channels per system in configurations 2.0 to 9.1.
AUDIO Cu Home offers a simple plug-and-play setup. Each audio system requires one (1) AUDIO Cu Home transmitter (TX) unit. The AUDIO Cu Home TX connects to the TV’s HDMI eARC/ARC output, decodes the sound, and transmits the audio data through new or existing power lines to individual AUDIO Cu Home receiver (RX) units. Each audio channel requires one (1) AUDIO Cu Home RX, which can be used with either a speaker or a subwoofer. The AUDIO Cu Home TX is an alternative to a traditional AVR, however, it delivers superior sound to each speaker or subwoofer without all the complications. AUDIO Cu Home is designed to work in virtually any living space—apartment, condo, townhouse, or house—even when components are plugged into outlets on different electrical legs, circuit breakers, or junction boxes. It supports 120VAC/240VAC at both 50Hz and 60Hz.
The system intelligently detects electrical noise from common household devices—such as vacuum cleaners, hair dryers, or washing machines—and optimizes audio packet delivery to maintain seamless, lag-free performance.
Each AUDIO Cu Home RX features a built-in Texas Instruments Class-D amplifier, providing 100W at 2 Ohms, 60W at 4 Ohms, and 34W at 8 Ohms.

With AUDIO Cu Home, any audio performance setting can be changed digitally and on-the-fly all through the included mobile app that works on Apple® and Android™ mobile smart devices. The app makes it simple and easy to control each channels’ effects individually or the entire audio system at once by utilizing the variety of audio presets and listening modes.

We typically ship via FedEx or UPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays. Orders received after 5 PM MST will be processed on the next business day. Domestic orders typically arrive within seven (7) business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We offer standard and express shipping options with associated costs shown at checkout.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first thirty (30) days of your purchase, if thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@audiocu.com.
Refund Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping
