AUDIO Cu Home is a groundbreaking multi-room audio over the power lines solution that enables home theater systems to operate without the need to run cumbersome speaker wire from an audio video receiver (AVR) to each speaker or subwoofer in any room or environment. With our pioneering proprietary technology, AUDIO Cu Home is an alternative to the AVR that delivers seamless, dependable, high resolution (Hi-Res), Dolby Digital®, Dolby TrueHD®, and Dolby Atmos® audio. It provides unparalleled sound-effect control to up to ten (10) different channels per system in configurations 2.0 to 9.1.
AUDIO Cu Home is a plug and play setup process. There is one (1) AUDIO Cu Home transmitter (TX) unit that is required for each audio system. AUDIO Cu Home’s TX utilizes the HDMI eARC / ARC output from the TV, decodes the sound, and moves the audio data through the power lines to each channel's AUDIO Cu Home receiver (RX) unit. The AUDIO Cu Home TX is essentially replacing the AVR to distribute the intended sound to each speaker or subwoofer at the time it is to broadcast it. AUDIO Cu Home can detect noise on the power lines from devices such as vacuum cleaners, blow dryers, washing machines, and more household devices to determine the best way to send the packets of audio to the channel without any lag or hiccup in sound performance.

We typically ship via FedEx or UPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays. Orders received after 5 PM MST will be processed on the next business day. Domestic orders typically arrive within seven (7) business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We offer standard and express shipping options with associated costs shown at checkout.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first thirty (30) days of your purchase, if thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@audiocu.com.
Refund Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
